Initial assessment (1 hour video chat) where we go through your health history and goals
Customized health plan including meal plans/recipe bundle, lifestyle recommendations, and supplementation (if appropriate)
60 minute protocol delivery (video chat)
3x 30min follow-up video chats where we can monitor progress and proceed to those next steps
Access to my client management platform for food, mood & poop tracking (depending on your goals)
Access to me virtually for questions Monday- Friday 8:30-4:30

12-Week One-on-One Personalized Nutrition Coaching
This is a great option if you have been dealing with your symptoms for some time! Together we work to dig to the root of your symptoms and pave the wellness path that is unique to you!

Ongoing Support
This is available to clients who have completed 6 or 12-week programs to give you ongoing support and accountability! In these appointments we will review progress, set some new goals, new recipes, directions and guidance. These appointment are scheduled every 6-8 weeks and include a 45 minute video chat.
