Hey, I’m Britt, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and recovering overthinker who used to run on caffeine, cortisol, and chaos.
I know what it’s like to feel exhausted, bloated, and anxious even when you’re doing all the “right” things. Real wellness isn’t about more restriction or stress — it’s about understanding your body and creating habits that actually fit your life.
With my background in holistic nutrition and biological sciences, I bridge the gap between science and real life wellness.
